Analisis Penerapan Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang

Kebijakan Cleanliness, Health, Safety, dan Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) ini dibagi berdasarkan panduan umum khusus yang menjadi syarat pengaplikasian pada rumah makan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji verifikasi oleh Kementerian Pariwisata Ekonomi Kreatif Lembaga Sertifikasi dari Indonesia Sustainable Tourism Certification (ISTC) baik Global Council (GSTC) atau Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) untuk memperoleh legalitas dapat beroperasi selama kondisi pandemi adanya bukti labelling/sertifikasi. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis penerapan cleanliness, health, safety environmental sustainability di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang. Jenis tim peneliti gunakan dalam deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan bab sebelumnya ditarik beberapa kesimpulan guna menjawab rumusan masalah. Beberapa tersebut terdiri :Sebagian besar pedagang berjualan sudah memahami konsep CHSE dianjurkan pemerintah, para memahami, menyatakan pengetahuannya serta menjalankannya mengenai cleanliness kebersihan, health Kesehatan, sebagian keselamatan.para kelestarian lingkunga, sosialisasi tentang belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh, wawancara Narasumber mendapat CHSE.
